We strive to display our handmade products — calabash gourds, bombillas, and accessories — as accurately as possible. However:

  • Each item is handcrafted and natural materials may vary in color, shape, and texture from the photos shown — these variations are a normal feature of handmade goods, not defects
  • Custom engraved items are made according to the text/design details provided by the customer at checkout; please double-check spelling and details before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted text

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.)

Many of our products, including engraved items, are made to order. Processing times will be indicated on the product page and may take longer than standard ready-made items. By ordering a custom item, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeline.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and customs responsibilities are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

REGULAMIN SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO KALABASA

§2. Przedmiot działalności Sklep internetowy DRIMWIK sp. z o.o. kalabasa.pl prowadzi sprzedaż ceramiki i porcelany użytkowej drogą elektroniczną na terenie Polski i Unii Europejskiej.


§3. Składanie zamówień


    

  1. Zamówienia można składać przez stronę kalabasa.pl, 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu.
    2. 

  2. Potwierdzenie przyjęcia zamówienia zostanie wysłane na podany adres e-mail.
    3. 

  3. Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta z chwilą potwierdzenia zamówienia przez sprzedawcę.
    4. 



§4. Płatność Akceptowane formy płatności: karta płatnicza, BLIK, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Płatność należy uiścić w momencie składania zamówienia.


§5. Dostawa


    

  1. Zamówienia są realizowane w ciągu 3 dni roboczych.
    2. 

  2. Dostawa odbywa się za pośrednictwem InPost Paczkomaty oraz kurierów na terenie Polski i UE.
    3. 

  3. Koszty dostawy są podane w podsumowaniu zamówienia.

§6. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy Konsument ma prawo odstąpić od umowy bez podania przyczyny w ciągu 14 dni od dnia otrzymania towaru. Aby skorzystać z tego prawa, należy przesłać oświadczenie o odstąpieniu na adres e-mail: [adres e-mail]. Zwrot towaru powinien nastąpić w ciągu 14 dni od złożenia oświadczenia. Koszty zwrotu ponosi konsument.


§7. Reklamacje (rękojmia)


    

  1. Sprzedawca odpowiada za wady fizyczne i prawne towaru na zasadach określonych w Kodeksie cywilnym.

  2. Reklamacje należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: dreamweekart@gmail.com, opisując wadę i dołączając zdjęcia.

  3. Reklamacja zostanie rozpatrzona w ciągu 14 dni kalendarzowych.

§8. Ochrona danych osobowych Administratorem danych osobowych jest sprzedawca. Dane są przetwarzane zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności dostępną na stronie kalabasa.pl oraz zgodnie z RODO.


§9. Postanowienia końcowe W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności Kodeksu cywilnego oraz ustawy o prawach konsumenta.
